Chief Strategy Officer
Andrew Reinfeld has over 15 years of experience in strategic content initiatives and innovative campaigns, enhancing brand presence and engaging audiences for award-winning venues and over 2,500 events worldwide.
He has collaborated with his current business partner at renowned venues like Avalon Hollywood and Lot 613, and was later recruited by San Diego's premier venue Music Box, as well as San Diego Bayfest and Mission Bayfest.
With a solid background in event digital marketing, Andrew's strategies ensure that every campaign resonates with audiences and delivers tangible, impressive results.
NIKOLAS WILSON
Managing Director
Nikolas Wilson, is an award-winning electronic music promoter and talent buyer with 25 years of experience in events and clubs. He has programmed high-capacity, world-renowned venues such as London's Ministry of Sound and Avalon Hollywood, as well as underground hotspots like LA’s Lot 613. Currently, he manages club projects in the UK and Ibiza while based in Southeast Asia, overseeing HyperRapid’s Asian office.
Nikolas is also pioneering the electronic music scene in the region, working on bringing major festivals to Southeast Asia. Additionally, he has successfully launched one of Phnom Penh’s most innovative bars, a bespoke restaurant, and a multifaceted catering company, all of which have thrived under his expert digital marketing strategies.
DALIN OEURN
Chief Operating Officer
Dalin Oeurn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality. With a solid background in events, restaurant, and bar operations, Dalin excels at managing and optimizing dynamic working environments. Her deep understanding of operational efficiency, customer service, and team leadership has driven the success of many hospitality ventures.
As a former Marketing Manager for Heineken Asia, she led impactful campaigns that significantly increased brand visibility and market penetration across Asia. Her strategic vision and innovative marketing approach have been crucial in enhancing brand engagement and driving sales growth.
Combining her operational skills with marketing expertise, Dalin is a versatile leader committed to excellence in staff management, organization, and logistics. Her comprehensive skill set and strategic insights make her an invaluable asset in any endeavor she undertakes.
